Holidays, especially the cold and wintery ones, are the ideal time to get into cooking, baking and preserving. With the limited hours of daylight, indoor activities in the kitchen can become useful for practicing your gastronomy skills, getting that sourdough going (finally!) and sharing some home cooked meals with friends and family.
