Shipping & returns

Shipping

Orders are processed from Wednesday to Saturday and deliveries take place during standard business hours, Monday to Friday. We always do our best to notify you if there are any unexpected delays. Please do get in touch if you need your order to be processed urgently.

All of our shipping methods have tracking details, either sent with the Belgian Post or with UPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number so that you can follow your parcel. All packages are required to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not home, a card will be left in your letterbox.

Please find price indication and approximate delivery times below. Please note that an order of multiple items may cause your shipping rate to increase (these are for the Accessoires only, furniture shipping has to be quoted).

Belgium

Standard flat rate €10.00
Next day delivery with Bpost

If you can make it to the store to collect your order you are more than welcome to chose the free 'pick up from store' option when checking out. Your order will be ready to pick up anytime that suits you during our store's opening hours.

Europe

Parcels to European countries are shipped over with UPS. Prices vary according to destination and weight of parcels. Please see pricing at checkout.
From next day delivery, up to 3 days.

United-States

Orders are shipped with the Belgian Post, approximate delivery time is 5 to 8 days.
From €15.00 for small parcels, up to €35.00 for larger ones.

International

Except the above, all orders are shipped from Belgium with UPS. The shipping cost of all international orders will be determined by your region, and the individual weights of each product.

Please only supply us with a physical shipping address as we cannot ship internationally to a PO Box. If you have any questions regarding international shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us. Please note that if your item is held for custom clearance procedures, there may be delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Customs charges on international orders

For deliveries outside a European Member State, depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Bautier will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns

Under regulation of the Belgian law on trade and the information and protection of consumers of April 6 2010, you are able to cancel your order any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order you must do so in writing by email at info@bautier.com.

If you request a refund, we will refund the amount you paid for your goods excluding the original delivery and the charge for returning the goods (unless they are faulty or damaged). The delivery charge is non-refundable. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they return to us and this causes the damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Any products returned should be unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, please check your goods thoroughly to ensure you are satisfied before disposing of your packaging.
